[ The introduction of the circus and its troupe is told and then the opening act starts. There is a clown that's driving some sort of vehicle that looks like a plastic toy car that toddlers get inside of. They pick up one clown, which is normal but then they pick up two more. How do they fit in the small car? It's even more amazing when three more clowns get in. Oria squints. How tf... ]
[ How indeed. Sinclair is riveted, leaning forward a little as if that much would tell him how they all got in. The clown car goes cycling around the arena to everyone's cheers and then one by one they get out again to do some juggling]
[ They're so talented. Oria wonders if they're part octopus to fit in that small car... either way, he's amazed. He sees the items that they're juggling being passed around midair, and there's something like a chaotic vibe, yet so organized with how many things are in the air. ]
[Sinclair can't help but get drawn into the energy of the crowd as the clowns begin to balance on each other on top of a small unicycle. One. Two. Three. And off they go, back stage again as the lights dim once more.
Then there's a drum roll, and the spot lights appear again, focusing on the roof]
[ Oria looks up to see the tightrope walker. They walk halfway across, before dropping and catching themselves to balance on the tightrope again after flipping around the rope. Oria is so much in awe, wondering just how much upper body strength they have to pull that off along with a great sense of balance... ]
[That's too cool...! Sinclair cheers with the crowd as the tightrope walker swings themselves around a few times before right themselves upwards. He can definitely see why everyone had come today.]
[ Oria wishes he could do that, but that sounds like a distant dream... balancing on a tightrope is already a big obstacle to overcome in the first place.
Next, the acrobats are moving from sky high swing to swing, passing people along, them doing flips on the other person while still swinging... the whole nine yards. Oria thought that they would miss catching someone once, but thankfully, the crisis has been averted. ]
[The trapeze performance shifts into shimmering silks that drop down to the ground and more performers join the act. The music shifts into something slower, more intense as they climb their way up, twisting and dancing with the silks.
[ After that, the show ends with a graceful finish. Oria blinks, cleans his glasses for a moment and then looks at Sinclair after putting them back on. ]
Is this what a circus is like nowadays? That was so cool. I thought there would be more clowns.
[ He quickly grabs Sinclair's hand and zooms out of the tent to where the performance is supposed to be. Oria seems pretty excited for once in a genuine way. ]
[Get ready? But he's keeping up just fine once he manages to stuff the program back into his pocket. But seeing Oria's expression like that makes him happy too. It's rare for Oria to look that way]
[ It's outside, but Oria manages to pick a good place for them to see. It's not like either of them are tall, so they really need a good place to watch. ]
There! They're gonna start soon... are you gonna record??
Good answer. You should enjoy these moments as they happen.
[ Oria grins and squeezes Sinclair's hand. The show begins, starting with the sword dancing. Oria wonders how much practice it took for these people not to get cut. ]
[The swords practically whistle as they slice through the air. Sinclair watches intently, leaning against Oria again because it is a little cold out here, gasping and cheering as a dancer spins a sword around their hand, tossing it into the air and catching it neatly. That was scary, but so cool]
[ The leaning is nice. Oria won't draw attention to it so that Sinclair can enjoy himself. The fancy swordplay has nothing on this, unfortunately, but he'll shift his focus back on the performance. ]
Whoa, I thought their hand was gonna get sliced off.
[ Sinclair squeezes Oria's hand in anticipation as the lead dancer pulls off mode fancy tricks, full of admiration. He knew how heavy those swords could be and to effortlessly hold them up with one hand and spin them...it was intense. He's happy to keep leaning]
[ For their next act, they breathe out fire and light their swords on fire. The after images of their swings is so cool that Oria finds himself absolutely entranced by their performance. ]

[But looking at the program]
Oh, it looks like the fire breathing and sword dancing will be outside.

[ Sinclair likes taking photos but they're usually of animals or friends. Memories to look back. He's happy to just watch these events]
Unless you want me to.

[ Sinclair claps for the performance as people move around to visit the other stalls and performances. It'd seem like a band was coming up next]
I wonder how much they practiced to get that good.

[ He can't imagine the amount of injuries they probably received during all the training... ]

[ To the game stalls then?]
Did you want to try one of the games?
[ They have such cute plushies]
