Yeah... I had to do some paperwork after the party too, so I'm beat.
[ It wasn't as big of pile of papers as it usually is for Oria to get tired, but the party wore him out. He leans on Sinclair's side, resting his head on his shoulder. ]
He was out cold, so... honestly? I didn't care enough to stick around. If he was gonna drink his sorrows away, he could do that on his own time at a pub or something.
[ It was weird trying to be consoled by empty words when he looked like he had it together compared to that guy. Rude, tbh. ]
[ Oria frowns and wraps an arm around Sinclair's waist. Mike, taking notice of the time, steadily gets up without hurting Sinclair's scalp and flies off to the window in Oria's room. Time for dindins for the bird. ]
I was wondering where you were finding your energy...
[ He's tired too. He's had more passes at him in a week than he has had in the entire time he's been dating Oria. Very irritating. Him snapping and punching theHe kisses Oria's cheek in turn. He wants to keep hugging...]
You didn't even bother getting the gel out of your hair...
[ Oria gets up and pulls Sinclair upwards too. Time to go to the dinner table! The dinner table has the remaining family this time: Kaleria, Iria, and Aria. Sinclair is always welcome to join them, of course. Oria doesn't think much of it when his mother has gone back to the appearance of seeming like a frail housewife. It's her fashion or something, he quips. The dinner isn't as fun, because Iria and Kaleria are spoilsports. Oria still finds some space to poke fun in an attempt to keep the atmosphere not as vicious.
After the dinner, Oria goes in his bathroom to finally clean up the mess that's his hair and removes all the makeup he had on him. Ugh. His skin can finally breathe.
By the time Sinclair enters Oria's room, he'll find Oria face down on the bed without his glasses. ]

[ That's how Oria remembers him as.... yeah.........
The sun is setting. The business meeting felt forever, but it was only a few hours in the day. ]

[ Sinclair presses up against Oria with a tiny huff]
Long day?
[ It's amazing to think that all happened in the afternoon. Sinclair is exhausted]

...it did feel like I was wading through shark infested waters at the party.
[Not just Hindley lol]
no subject
[ Unfortunately. Oria just limps against Sinclair now. Exhausted!! ]

The other servants were nice at least...I hope they didn't have too much trouble with that guy after I got fired.

[ So that Hindley could have gotten wasted on both fronts. ]
He's the one blabbering about maids being whores when he's the one being a manslut.

You heard that too, huh?

So I'm glad he got punched.

I don't really regret it... but it might be problem later.
[For Sinclair at least. He snuggles into Oria's side, taking his hand]
no subject
[ It would suck if Sinclair had to leave his house earlier than expected... he has a firm grip on Sinclair's hand. ]
no subject
[ Sinclair mumbles, sinking against Oria even more. He squeezes Oria's a hand, rubbing his thumb over his palm, gently massaging again]
no subject
[ He thinks about this for a moment while squeezing his hand. ]
Because I was thinking about how cute you were and it would be if you can't walk on the day of the "consultation"~
[ Is he joking? Maybe. ]
no subject
Um. Monday. That's when 'he' is around. [ Aaaaaah ]
And I'm not even in a skirt anymore...
no subject
[ Oria kisses Sinclair's cheek. ]
You're cute right now and I like this better.
[ Hugging, basically. He's mentally exhausted. ]

I'll get it off after dinner...
[ Speaking of which, it should be soon. The sun sets now, and the vision is mostly blocked off by the trees far off. ]
no subject
Dinner is more important.
[ And then he can help Oria with his hair. Probably.]
no subject
[ Well said. Oria lifts his head from Sinclair's shoulder and sighs. ]
They'll call for us when dinner is ready. Probably by phone.
no subject
[He cups Oria's cheek a little, studying his expression]
no subject
[ He yawns. ]
no subject
Then lets go back inside.
