[ It's quite interesting to observe Angela herself as well, after everything now behind them. She could easily prioritize eliminating the intruders and strengthening the Library's defenses, yet she is willing to give them an opening to escape — and to return. Is it simply curiosity or a sort of compassion for unwelcome beings, a desire to understand others fully, no matter what they are?

(And they did learn that the Library's guests weren't truly killed, a choice that Angela must have made all along.)

Yesod accepts Angela's response with a nod even as the unfolding chaos appears to reach a crescendo. His colleagues' voices carry; the gnomes' odd manner of speech makes for discordant interjections. ]

In that case, I presume that we would all benefit from compiling our notes later.

[ Ideally by assembling everyone to hold a well-organized meeting. Unfortunately, that may be overly ambitious — already, the clash between the gnomes and the Library threatens to leave behind a considerable mess to clean up. Not only are there scattered items cluttering the floor, but stains and debris that most likely won't vanish without a trace. ]

...Though it seems that the immediate aftermath must take precedence.

( ooc: It's understandable if too much time has passed to pick things back up. Thank you either way for the thread! )

[ The stench permeating the air in the wake of the trespassers' defeat was difficult to ignore — they are all rather fortunate that aspects of the Library's space obey Angela's will even now. Malkuth exclaims her relief on the heels of an audible breath — "Huuuuf~!" — before she resumes cheering Gebura and Roland on while the tip of her duck-headed pen scratches across a page of her notebook. Hod and Tiphereth, recovering, turn their attention to the gnomes' would-be victims, as do Chesed and Hokma. Binah looks on.

Indeed, Netzach is nowhere to be seen. There are more than a few things to put in order.

Yesod himself quietly takes a deeper breath once he can do so, grateful for Angela's intervention. And if Angela still possesses the ability to locate each of them within the Library, given that they remain bound to it, her question suggests that she has chosen not to rely on this ability.

He casts a glance around, in search of any glimpse of his absent colleague's lanky green self. ]

Ah... Knowing Netzach, he has other priorities.

[ Such as avoiding cleanup duty as much as possible. ]

However, I would like to hope that he will recognize the merits of joining us. The sooner we are able to restore the Library to a tidier state, the better.

[ So saying, Yesod surveys the scene, considering where to begin. ]
