[ Sinclair throws his arms around Oria's shoulders with an undignified yelp as he's suddenly spun around]

Aaah, Oria?

[dissimulative]

[ He steadies his balance and smiles at Sinclair. ]

I'm not gonna leave you behind. I'll always come back.

[ Cheesy. Anyway. ]

Let's go return your rental skates.

[insinning]

[Sinclair turns red. Definitely cheesy, come on Oria. He does give Oria a little return squeeze and nods]

You'll have to put me down though.

True... but should I?

[ Oria laughs, putting Sinclair gently down on the ground anyway. ]

C'mon. Let's go.

[insinning]

[For a short moment, Sinclair had been tempted to say "you can't carry me for that long anyway" but Oria was good at lifting people and he suspects Oria would just take that as a challenge which he didn't want. But his feet are back on the ground so he takes Oria's hand happily as they return to the center to drop off Sinclair's skates and pick up his shoes again]

What were you thinking of for dinner?

[ Oria's skates are his own, so he just packs them up in his bag and swaps them out with his normal shoes. ]

Hm... maybe something that isn't fancy? We can go to a restaurant you want!

[ They all know Oria anyway... ]

Maybe this small Italian place then?

[Not too far, plenty of shops around to check for jewellery ideas. Seemed like a home-y styled restaurant honestly.]

Sure!

[ He knows how big their servings can be if he chooses it to be, so Oria is very satisfied with this choice.

But on their way, Oria finds an incredibly cheap accessories shop. This normally wouldnt catch his eye, but there seems to be a lot of unique designs in them. ]

Emil, over here. Let's look through this one first.

[ They have all kinds, like cute scrunchies, hair extensions, earrings and necklaces... but it's not a beauty store. There are some stationary here too among other things. It feels like a jack of all trades sort of store. ]

[ It's one of those cute stores, and Sinclair is a little surprised. But he follows without question and peers at the earrings, looking thoughtful]

Those look stylish.

[Simple star studs with moons hanging off them. Hmmmm]

[dissimulative]

[ It's definitely one of those cute stores. Oria doesn't enjoy cute things much, but he thinks some of the designs are interesting. He looks over at a pair of earrings that have the moon rabbit on them.

He thinks Aria might like these, but he's not here to shop for her. ]

[insinning]

[Cute, but definitely not for them. He points out another pair featuring a north star and moon] Something like that, you think?

[dissimulative]

If I had these, I'd probably put both on a single ear.

[ He's always had clip-ons only on one ear and he's not about to change that now, unless Sinclair thinks of something that can only be worn with both ears pierced. It's a fashion statement, probably. ]

Oh, it'd look good that way too.

[Sinclair can't imagine Oria not being asymmetrical with his fashion choices]

[ It's like a part of him now... ]

Right? You can make a lot of stuff that way without wasting the other half if it's meant to be a pair.

[ Oria takes a look around. As expected, most of these don't interest him, but he's pretty sure that it does interest Sinclair, so he's more than happy to wait. ]

Do you think you'll get two piercings in one ear then?

[He's got some ideas now so he drifts over to the journals. Some of them are a little too fluffy and cute for him, but there's a nice one with a leaf-like pattern along the binding. He needed a new journal, and the habit seemed to have stuck harder after the events of Fragment]

I can do that if that's how the set is. Did you get an idea?

[ He's curious, looking over to Sinclair. ]

[insinning]

Mm, I think so. I've got a few ideas at least, so we can choose one later.

[He'll need a pen too...

He'll grab one without looking and go to pay]

Are you going to get something for your sisters?

[dissimulative]

[ There's really something about looking at things closely and when finished, Sinclair grabbing a random pen... is just funny to Oria. He just smiles. ]

Nah. Not from here anyway. I'll wait outside.

[insinning]

Okay. I wont be long.

[The pen isn't the important part and his tend to run out of ink way too quickly. He pays for his things and joins Oria outside.]

All done.

Let's go eat now! That Italian restaurant you talked about isn't so far from here.

[ Enough that they can go on foot. It's wonderful weather and Oria is really glad. ]

So, your work been doing okay lately? No more thugs to try and kick you?

[insinning]

Nothing like that recently. [But Sinclair's gotten good at not letting thugs get the drop on him recently] I hope it stays that way.

[But with the enemies Kayser Corp brings in...]

[dissimulative]

It better!

[ He huffs a little. But that pending meeting with Kayser Corp might be nerve wrecking, huh... ]

Oh, for that. I'm actually coming along to shadow my dad.

[ Basically, to watch and learn. ]

[insinning]

[Sinclair reaches over to take Oria's hand. It's not a long walk, and the weather is nice. But he likes this]

I see. I'll be there to translate for Dante, if I need to but... [ Sinclair will be a shadow himself. There had been a number of threats aimed at Kayser Corp that had been really weird lately]</small.

Are you the only translator?

[ Well, he supposes it got Sinclair to come all the way here, but still. He's aware of the risks that come with this meeting. He squeezes Sinclair's hand in his for a moment. ]

No. Our whole team knows sign language but um. [Hmmm, how should he put this] I think after the coma, I've had to play catch up on a lot of things. So they want to push me a little.

[It had been a pointed comment from Rodion that he had seemed more sharp and less willing to take things lying down than he used to, after he had woken up. He still hasn't explained what had happened in Fragment]
